📋 Description
• Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes • Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately • Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar • Have a courteous, customer service approach
🎯 Requirements
• Self-motivated and positive attitude • Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy • Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable speaking on the phone • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking French • High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 3 shifts a week with one weekend shift required • Flexibility to amend schedule each week • Expected working hours are 4:00 – 11:00 pm
