📋 Description

• Provide analytical and process support to the field technical team, assisting with data interpretation and compliance • Conduct detailed analyses of records, forms, work orders, and other operational documents • Identify deviations, patterns, and optimization opportunities • Consolidate large volumes of raw data into performance indicators (KPIs) and clear, actionable management reports (big numbers) • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring action plans to correct nonconformities and improve processes • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and company operations • Prepare documentation and presentations summarizing analysis results and recommendations • Provide strategic support to the field operations team serving Internet Service Providers (ISPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience or strong practical knowledge in telecommunications, preferably in Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards • Ability to prepare technical reports and clear documentation in Word • Ability to create executive-level and instructional presentations in PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team • Completed or ongoing degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus • In-depth technical knowledge of fiber-optic networks (FTTx, GPON, etc.) is a plus • Hands-on experience with the daily operations of ISPs, including installation, maintenance, technical support (NOC/COP/CST), or operational logistics, is a plus • Previous experience leading projects within ISPs is a plus
