📋 Description

• Customer support via telephone, multichannel channels and other support platforms. • Configuration of network equipment. • Configuration of DNS servers, speed test tools, Looking Glass, RADIUS, etc. • Analysis and resolution of logical/networking issues. • Preventive and proactive technical analysis focused on overall improvements to IPV7 customers' networks. • Documentation of changes and activities carried out. • Customer activations in IPV7's NIIS database. • Delivery of technical training to other company teams. • Preparation, execution and monitoring of technical projects. • Support for the Technical Team when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and currently enrolled in a university degree program. • Microsoft Office suite. • Experience in logical networking roles. • Solid knowledge of routers, switches, OLTs, servers and other network equipment. • Strong knowledge of IP networking. • Strong knowledge of Layer 2 networking. • Solid understanding of MAC address tables. • Solid understanding of routing tables. • Proficiency in ping and traceroute analysis. • Intermediate knowledge of dynamic routing protocols. • Intermediate knowledge of BGP. • Intermediate knowledge of network security policies and firewalls for internal and external perimeter protection. • Intermediate familiarity with Zabbix and Grafana. • Intermediate knowledge of internal and external traffic engineering. • Basic knowledge of MPLS networks. • Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems. • Intermediate knowledge of DNS servers, speed test tools, Looking Glass, RADIUS, etc. • Currently studying a Network Technician course or a specialization in the area, such as: • CCNA • HCIA • JNCIA • MTCRE • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Proactive and organized.
