📋 Description

• Work on data and BI projects for IPv7.Group clients • Perform diagnostics of operational efficiency, costs, productivity, margin and performance • Identify opportunities for savings, waste reduction and process optimization • Develop management and executive dashboards to monitor KPIs and results • Integrate, cleanse, structure and validate data from multiple sources • Build analyses, reports and executive presentations with practical recommendations for clients • Support the definition of indicators, targets and routines for monitoring results • Collaborate with consulting, operations, technology and clients' business teams • Automate analyses, data routines and deliverables using Artificial Intelligence resources • Contribute to the evolution of IPv7.Group's methodologies and analytical accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or in related fields • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience constructing KPIs, dashboards, performance analyses and executive reports • Experience in cleansing, modeling and consolidating data from multiple sources • Ability to translate complex data into clear, objective, results-oriented recommendations • Experience or strong interest in operational efficiency projects, cost reduction, savings or continuous improvement • Clear communication, consultative profile, autonomy and ability to interact with clients • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and practices • Ability to use AI to accelerate creation of SQL queries, scripts, automations, documentation, analyses and dashboard prototypes • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI agents or equivalent solutions • Ability to critically validate AI-generated results, ensuring technical quality, data accuracy and alignment with the client's context • Practical perspective on applying AI to increase productivity and quality in analytical deliverables • Preferred: knowledge of Python, R or data automation tools • Preferred: experience with APIs, ETL/ELT, data warehouses or cloud platforms • Preferred: experience with financial metrics, income statement (DRE), costs, margin, profitability and budgeting • Preferred: knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM or continuous improvement methodologies • Preferred: experience in consulting, technology, telecom, software, security or B2B services
