📋 Description

• Work on data and BI projects for IPv7.Group clients • Conduct operational efficiency, cost, productivity, margin, and performance assessments • Identify opportunities for savings, waste reduction, and process optimization • Develop management and executive dashboards to track KPIs and results • Integrate, cleanse, structure, and validate data from multiple sources • Prepare analyses, reports, and executive presentations with practical recommendations for clients • Support the definition of indicators, targets, and result-monitoring routines • Collaborate with consulting, operations, technology, and client business teams • Automate analyses, data routines, and deliverables using Artificial Intelligence capabilities • Contribute to the development of IPv7.Group’s methodologies and analytical accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in related roles • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and/or Google Sheets • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, performance analyses, and executive reports • Experience cleansing, modeling, and consolidating data from multiple sources • Ability to translate complex data into clear, objective, results-oriented recommendations • Experience or strong interest in operational efficiency, cost reduction, savings, or continuous improvement projects • Clear communication, a consultative mindset, autonomy, and the ability to interact with clients • Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and practices • Ability to use AI to accelerate the creation of SQL queries, scripts, automations, documentation, analyses, and dashboard prototypes • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI agents, or equivalent solutions • Ability to critically validate AI-generated results, ensuring technical quality, data accuracy, and alignment with the client’s context • Practical understanding of how to apply AI to increase productivity and quality in analytical deliverables • Knowledge of Python, R, or data automation tools • Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, or cloud platforms • Experience with financial indicators, income statements, costs, margins, profitability, and budgeting • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement methodologies • Experience in consulting, technology, telecommunications, software, security, or B2B services • Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree/Technical Degree, Graduate Degree, or Technical Diploma
