• Design, implement, and evolve national multi-service backbone architectures using MPLS, BGP, IGP, L2VPN/L3VPN, EVPN, and Segment Routing; • Define technical standards, routing policies, peering strategies, and technology evolution roadmaps for customer networks; • Serve as the last escalation level for critical incidents, leading advanced troubleshooting and structural production changes; • Conduct capacity, resilience, and performance analyses in carrier-grade environments; • Mentor N1, N2, and N3 teams, promoting technical development and dissemination of best practices; • Represent IPV7 in technical meetings, strategic projects, complex pre-sales, and interactions with large enterprise clients; • Contribute to the continuous evolution of architectures, processes, and operational standards within the sector.
• Proven experience in IP engineering for large carriers or ISPs with a national backbone, multiple PoPs, and an autonomous ASN; • Minimum of 8 years of networking experience, with at least 3 years in carrier architecture or engineering; • CCIE (Service Provider or Enterprise Infrastructure), JNCIE-SP, HCIE-Datacom/Carrier IP certification, or equivalent proven expertise; • Advanced mastery of carrier-grade BGP, MPLS (LDP, RSVP-TE, and Segment Routing), L2VPN, L3VPN, EVPN, and large-scale IGPs (OSPF and IS-IS); • Advanced knowledge of QoS for multi-service environments; • Experience with Nokia SR OS, Huawei VRP, and Juniper Junos platforms; • Knowledge of routing security, including RPKI, MANRS, BCP38, and DDoS mitigation.
