📋 Description

• You take over escalated incidents from 1st- and 2nd-level support and perform root-cause analyses for critical issues. • You process tickets according to ITIL processes and continuously expand the team's knowledge base. • You actively operate and develop customers' Microsoft 365 environments, particularly in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Entra ID. • You automate administrative tasks and processes using PowerShell and the Power Platform. • You administer and further develop Windows Server infrastructures, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP as well as Hyper-V and VMware. • You support and optimize storage and backup systems as well as customers' DATEV server environments. • You administer basic network and firewall infrastructures based on Sophos and FortiGate. • You ensure secure customer connectivity within existing security standards. • You design technical customer architectures and create well-founded technical concepts. • You take on independent technical project management for the planning and implementation of customer projects. • You actively support the sales team in presales for technical proposals and participate in customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration), a degree in IT, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience administering Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, ideally in an IT service provider or systems house environment • Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory and PowerShell automation • Practical experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), storage and backup solutions, and DATEV server environments • Basic networking and firewall knowledge, particularly with Sophos or FortiGate • Experience in independently leading IT projects technically • Ideally relevant certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
