📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and foresight. • In your role as an instructor the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants. • In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes: subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency growth

🎯 Requirements

• A vocational qualification as IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • Professional experience configuring and administering MS Servers • Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (advantageous) • AI and ChatGPT are of interest to you and can be well integrated into teaching • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO trainer certification) • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying instructional content • An independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
