📋 Description

• 3rd-level support & escalation management • You take over escalated incidents from 1st- and 2nd-level support and perform root-cause analyses for critical issues • You handle tickets according to ITIL processes and build the team's knowledge base • You operate and further develop our Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune • You automate tasks using PowerShell and the Power Platform and support migrations and rollouts • You operate and further develop Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, terminal servers as well as Hyper-V/VMware • You manage customers' storage, backup and DATEV server environments • You deploy RMM tools for centralized monitoring and automation • You develop technical concepts and architectures for customer projects and contribute as an expert within the Project Team • You collaborate with the enablement team to evaluate new technologies and support Sales with technical inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration), an IT degree or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience administering Microsoft 365 and server environments, ideally in an IT service provider or system integrator setting • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as PowerShell automation • Experience in 3rd-level support; certifications such as MS-102, MD-102 or AZ-104 are an advantage • Structured, solution-oriented working style, even under time pressure • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge within the team • Very good German skills, good English skills
