📋 Description

• Acquire district heating customers in densification and expansion areas while competing with alternative heating supply solutions • Calculate, negotiate, and successfully close district heating infrastructure projects with existing and new customers across various segments • Prepare quotations and contract documentation • Secure rights of way where required • Work closely with technical implementation teams • Contribute experience and ideas to the continuous development of market positioning, sales processes, IT tools, and sales and pricing strategies • Support colleagues in other district heating regions across Germany as required

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training • High degree of initiative • Collaborative, partnership-based approach to work • Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset and approach • Enjoyment of working with people • Strong technical understanding • Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to learn and embrace change • Service-oriented, confident, and personable demeanor • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel extensively • Several years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on heating products
