📋 Description

• Lead all Regional Fleet Managers across 5 DACH Regions • Provide indirect oversight of Fleet Managers, Technicians, Damage Detection Experts, and Spare Parts Experts for over 4,000 vehicles at over 40 stations • Report directly to the Business Director - DACH • Work closely with the Regional Operations Managers • Own the Maintenance, Repair, and Fleet Transfer budget • Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the market • Define repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities • Coordinate workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow to maintain vehicle availability • Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network • Lead and develop fleet teams at stations • Track repair cost, repair time, and damage detection accuracy KPIs • Lead strategic initiatives for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a similar technical field • 8+ years of experience in fleet management, maintenance/repair, or workshop management • 5+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environment • Strong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality • Confident leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment • Travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market required • Proficient in maintenance or fleet management systems such as SAP or Oracle • Working proficiency in both German and English • Eligibility to work in the country of application • At least 18 years old
