📋 Description
• Serve as the primary IQVIA Digital representative on enterprise data governance committees and boards • Lead data governance and compliance initiatives in close partnership with IQVIA Information Governance • Develop, implement, and document cross-organization operating models, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams (e.g., Lucidchart), and governance frameworks • Own and evolve the Data Management SharePoint site as the authoritative source for design, processes, and documentation • Translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience spanning data management, data governance, compliance, data-driven operations, website design, program management, or related disciplines • Strong working knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and enterprise compliance practices • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Proven ability to partner effectively with Data Management, Product, GTM, Leadership, and Information Governance teams • Exceptional organization and execution skills, including effective prioritization, critical thinking, stakeholder management (up and down), and strong accountability ownership.
