📋 Description
• Lead the cross-functional clinical trial team • Guide planning and management of clinical studies • Execute and deliver clinical studies • Act as the CTT product owner • Promote operational excellence in shared development of study documents • Ensure efficient delivery of protocols and other study materials • Manage study budget cost-effectively • Foster an empowered, psychologically safe organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences/healthcare (or clinically relevant degree) • Advanced degree preferred • ≥ 4 years of recent involvement in clinical research or drug development • ≥ 3 years of experience in conducting clinical studies • Expert knowledge of international standards (GCP/ICH) • Experience in managing people globally in a complex matrix environment preferred • Proven ability and strong experience leading teams • Experience in developing effective working relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English (oral and written)
