📋 Description

• Directly administer assessments to participants in a clinical trial and/or evaluate the quality of assessments performed by others and provide feedback on interview technique and scoring • Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessments and data reliability • Conduct live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodology, scoring technique, and provide guidance • Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters (review relevant issues and scale items, compile necessary documents) • Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled and submit all documentation timely • Participate in orientation, training and calibration activities as required • Perform functional assessments of rater performance (e.g., mock interviews) and assist in preparing and disseminating communications • Contact clinical trial participants remotely (e.g., via proprietary app Engage) to administer assessments and document notes and scores

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials (36 months) • Experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (preferred) • Experience with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety (preferred) • Advanced level of English • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Experience contacting participants remotely and documenting assessments (e.g., via proprietary app Engage)
