📋 Description

• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Danish market, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality. • Classify, standardize, and organize data according to established business rules and guidelines. • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality control activities. • Analyze and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel functions. • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with local stakeholders and international teams to validate and enrich database content. • Generate data reports and support ad hoc analysis requests. • Investigate and resolve routine data issues in a timely manner. • Document processes, procedures, and data management activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Danish and a good level of English, both written and spoken. • Icelandic language skills are highly valued. • Previous experience in data entry, database management, reporting, administration, or a similar analytical role. • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and data analysis. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Professional communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders. • Experience working in a multinational environment is considered an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
