📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight of the entire process • Build remote relationships with colleagues across the globe • Highlight aged invoices and financial risks and explain delays • Perform data quality control and ensure batches are scheduled according to contracts and budgets • Conduct project reconciliations • Trend payment-cycle targets and ensure studies meet targets at each step • Provide customer service to internal project teams and resolve project-related issues • Track and report metrics and flag nonstandard issues to project teams or the line manager • Assist other team members to help the group meet targets • Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes • Support teams handling routine tasks • Provide standard reports and run KPIs for project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Former experience with budgets and finance within a Clinical Research environment essential • Ability to form remote relationships with colleagues across the globe • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight of the entire process • Ability to identify aged invoices and financial risks and explain delays • Experience with data quality control and ensuring batches are scheduled according to contracts and budgets • Experience with project reconciliations • Ability to track and report metric data and flag nonstandard issues • Ability to provide high-level customer service to internal project teams • Ability to influence others and ensure key actions are taken • Ability to check that appropriate approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes
