📋 Description

• Coordinate study start-up activities: meeting minutes, action-item follow-ups, and protocol-specific laboratory documentation • Support centralized laboratory monitoring and contribute to implementing protocol-specific requirements • Manage daily operational tasks such as site activation, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipments • Track study performance using monitoring tools to identify trends and escalate issues • Address protocol-related questions and requests in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders • Communicate with clients in the absence of the project manager • Participate in audits and inspections and support training for sites, CRAs, and clients • Coordinate project close-out in accordance with organizational standards and protocol requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least one year of relevant experience in clinical, medical, or healthcare settings • Proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Familiarity with study tracking tools, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
