📋 Description
• Serve as a senior architectural authority during deal evaluation and pre-LOI assessments • Define and govern enterprise architecture strategies • Lead technology landscape assessments • Partner with senior leaders to influence technology investment decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles • 4+ years leading technology due diligence and/or integration architecture in M&A environments • Proven experience across the full M&A lifecycle • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks • Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
