📋 Description

• Develop and validate complex datasets and outputs using SAS, ensuring compliance with CDISC standards including ADaM and SDTM • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize statistical programming processes and improve efficiency and accuracy • Provide technical guidance on statistical methodologies for clinical trial projects and departments • Mentor and guide junior programmers • Improve programming workflows and departmental standards • Ensure high-quality statistical programming deliverables by following best practices and protocols • Lead initiatives to enhance programming tools and techniques • Partner with leadership to align programming objectives with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field • 2+ years working with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets and TLFs) and/or 4+ years in ADaM statistical programming on clinical trials • Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory) • Proficiency in SAS programming language • Advanced English, written and spoken, tested during the interview process • Native LATAM language required: Spanish or Portuguese • Ability to lead and manage others • Ability to maintain confidential information, sensitive project data and internal communications • Sound judgment and decision-making in selecting statistical methods and programming techniques • Ability to manage time and resources to deliver outputs within tight deadlines • Strong project management skills • Deep understanding of SAS programming and CDISC standards • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately • Effective problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • CV must be submitted in English
