📋 Description

• Execute feasibility, site identification, regulatory, and start-up activities at the regional or country level • Prepare and manage site documentation • Review and negotiate site documents and contracts with sites and sponsors • Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics • Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites • Track completion of required site documents and ensure contracts are fully executed • Establish project timelines • Perform site activation activities according to regulations, SOPs, project requirements, and contractual/budgetary guidelines • Serve as a Single Point of Contact for feasibility and site activation activities • Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy • Inform team members when regulatory, contractual, and other site documents are complete • Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members • Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans • Review, track, and follow up on questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, ICFs, and Investigator Pack release documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or a related field • At least 1 year of clinical research experience • Advanced level of English • CV must be submitted in English
