📋 Description

• Partner with clinical research sites to develop study-specific action plans supporting patient recruitment, retention and study delivery • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff on clinical trial protocols, procedures and study requirements • Support study-specific training needs and help sites understand and implement trial processes • Identify and help address recruitment and retention barriers, sharing best practices and practical solutions • Work with referral networks where appropriate to identify potential trial participants • Interact directly with patients in some studies to provide education on the trial, disease area, or device/medication where required and appropriate • Analyse site activity and engagement data to tailor strategies that maximise pre-screening, screening and enrolment • Complete internal reporting and documentation accurately • Organise or support group meetings, site visits and educational sessions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and disease states • Manage queries or objections from site staff in a professional, solution-focused manner • Look after company equipment and follow compliance and safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related field • Active license or credential as one of: MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine), RN (Registered Nurse), NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician Assistant), Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD), Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist • Experience in a Clinical Trial Educator / Site Engagement & Enrolment position or similar role within clinical research / studies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in clinical research • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support • Good organisational skills and attention to detail • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving • Flexibility to travel as required for site visits • Cultural awareness, empathy and professionalism when working with diverse patients and site teams
