📋 Description

• Provides first-level support to Clinical Trials personnel via phone, email, and chat • Processes and provides first level support for technical assistance • Communicates with end users to clarify and define requirements • Resolves various routine problems and escalates complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Hungarian Native • English Proficient • Portuguese will be a plus • One (1) years related experience or training • Familiarity with mainframe, distributed, PC, LAN, or telecommunications equipment • Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems
