• Actively participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of organization wide transformation initiatives • Act as an organizational change agent, promoting a culture of transformation, innovation, and resilience • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively • Track program performance metrics and make necessary adjustments • Foster open communication and serve as a trusted advisor • Identify and mitigate program risk
🎯 Requirements
• At least 12 years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Prior experience in the healthcare provider and/or medical device sectors • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Access) • Proficiency using project and portfolio management tools (Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.) • Strong verbal and written skills
