📋 Description

• Construir y productizar capacidades de IA • Desarrollar pipelines de RAG • Servir modelos • Entregar capacidades de IA como servicios escalables, gobernados y orientados al desarrollador • Diseñar y operar releases multientorno desde dev hasta prod, con aprobaciones, secretos e identidad • Evaluar y monitorizar modelos y agentes • Gestionar SLOs, respuesta a incidentes y capacidad/costes

🎯 Requirements

• Más de 5 años de experiencia • Experiencia en MLOps/SRE o ingeniería de plataformas con cargas de trabajo de ML/IA en producción • Experiencia profunda con Databricks MLflow y CI/CD empresarial • Experiencia en DevOps, integración y despliegue continuo • Diseño/operación de releases multientorno (dev→test→prod) con aprobaciones, secretos e identidad • IaC (Terraform/Crossplane) • Redes en la nube en Azure y/o AWS • Experiencia práctica en evaluación/monitorización de modelos/agentes • Familiaridad con SLOs, respuesta a incidentes y gestión de capacidad/costes • Familiaridad con ArgoCD, Crossplane, Istio, Knative, OpenSearch, Prometheus y Grafana • Inglés C2
