• Más de 4 años de experiencia en gestión de incidencias, problemas y cambios bajo marcos como ITIL. • Experiencia en entornos complejos con alto volumen de incidencias. • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de ticketing como Jira y Remedy. • Capacidad para comunicar de forma clara y concisa ante situaciones de crisis. • Experiencia liderando equipos (aprox. 5 FTEs), priorizando tareas, asegurando cobertura operativa y supervisando traspasos entre turnos. • Capacidad para documentar, escalar y dar seguimiento a incidencias críticas. • Habilidad para comprender y trasladar información técnica de forma efectiva. • Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas ofimáticas. • Orientación a la mejora continua y dotes de liderazgo. • Catalán alto (imprescindible).
