📋 Description
• Configure and customize Veeva CRM applications to meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM and external systems. • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into specifications. • Perform validation activities including test script execution and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM configuration and performance. • Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

• Nivel muy alto de inglés • Al menos 3 años de experiencia • Deep expertise in Veeva CRM ecosystem: Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align, Veeva Network. • Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration and customization. • Proficiency with Veeva Data Loader, Veeva Network integrations, and CRM Mobile optimization. • Strong knowledge of GxP compliance, validation documentation, and audit readiness. • Expertise in business processes across Pharma and Biotech.
