• Generar diseños técnicos (diagramas de secuencia a partir de user stories) • Entender el ecosistema del cliente a medio plazo para identificar dependencias e impactos en diseños • Entrar al código y entenderlo para comprender las complejidades en análisis • Liderar un equipo de desarrollo en India con perfil técnico • Coordinar y comunicar en inglés con fluidez (B2)
🎯 Requirements
• Inglés B2 – conversación fluida • Nivel Técnico: Angular • Deseable: Java (API/Yaml) • Nativa (iOS/Android) • Capacidad para entender a medio plazo el ecosistema del cliente para identificar dependencias e impactos • Capacidad para entrar al código y comprender las complejidades en análisis • Experiencia liderando un equipo de desarrollo (mencionado: equipo en India)
