📋 Description
• Liderarás un equipo multidisciplinar de desarrollo, fomentando buenas prácticas y asegurando la calidad del código. • Participarás activamente en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones tanto en frontend como en backend. • Coordinarás tareas técnicas, revisiones de código y planificación en entornos ágiles. • Colaborarás con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio, tanto en español como en inglés (nivel C1 requerido).
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia demostrable liderando equipos técnicos en entornos complejos. • Dominio de arquitecturas de microservicios y desarrollo fullstack. • Experiencia con BBDD relacionales y no relacionales. • Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas estratégicas y mentorizar a otros desarrolladores. • Nivel de inglés C1 (comunicación fluida con equipos internacionales). • Perfil resolutivo, proactivo y con orientación a resultados.
