📋 Description
• Diseñar y mejorar servicios digitales garantizando usabilidad, eficiencia y una experiencia alineada con las necesidades reales de los usuarios.
🎯 Requirements
• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en Service Design y UX. • Dominio de herramientas como Figma y Power BI (nivel visual/interacción). • Experiencia creando user journeys, service blueprints, flujos y prototipos. • Capacidad para diseñar materiales de comunicación del cambio: infografías, manuales, presentaciones, guías rápidas y vídeos. • Experiencia facilitando sesiones y talleres con stakeholders y equipos técnicos. • Capacidad para actuar como puente entre usuarios, negocio y tecnología. • Conocimientos en investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa (UX Research). • Titulación en Diseño o experiencia equivalente. • Catalán alto imprescindible. • Deseables: experiencia en proyectos de transformación y gestión del cambio. • Experiencia previa en entornos del sector público.
