âą Develop, review, and maintain ATO and ATC packages in alignment with cybersecurity requirements and authorization standards âą Perform in-depth cybersecurity analysis to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within system documentation and configurations âą Create, update, and validate technical artifacts and cybersecurity documentation to support authorization efforts âą Track and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), ensuring timely updates and resolution of identified issues âą Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity risks and threats, escalating critical concerns to leadership as needed âą Support the development of technical briefings, client deliverables, and cybersecurity artifacts âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and system requirements âą Contribute to the successful implementation and sustainment of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
âą Experience supporting ATO and/or ATC package development and cybersecurity authorization processes âą Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and assessment methodologies âą Experience creating and maintaining cybersecurity documentation and technical artifacts âą Familiarity with POA&M tracking, risk identification, and mitigation processes âą Ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, actionable recommendations âą Strong attention to detail and organizational skills âą Effective communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders âą Preferred Experience âą Experience working in healthcare or supporting electronic medical record (EMR) systems âą Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards and authorization processes âą Experience supporting client-facing deliverables and technical briefings âą Background in government or federal contracting environments
