📋 Description

• Review the company’s data, build reports, and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency within the organization. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to senior management. • Work closely with Finance often to connect operational performance with financial performance. • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and achieving business goals. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within the environmental solutions or specialty containment industry. • Proficient in data analysis tools and familiarity with ERP systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills while working with different levels of management. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
