📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end administration for international benefit plans across the EMEA region • Manage vendor implementation, annual open enrollments, billing processing, and routine data quality assurance • Deliver accurate reporting and seamless operational support • Collaborate with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and regional Human Resources teams • Monitor vendor performance, manage billing, and resolve complex employee escalations • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and paid-time-off programs • Maintain an updated compliance matrix and audit-ready documentation across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive international benefits administration experience in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region • Strong knowledge of complex data set analysis • Experience with census file management • Practical experience with Human Resources management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow • Proven ability in problem-solving, organizational agility, and continuous process improvement within a matrixed corporate environment • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
