📋 Description

• Lead and manage the annual compensation review process (merit, incentives, equity) to strengthen the critical link between performance and rewards. • Collaborate closely with global compensation partners, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and regional HR teams to ensure pay programs are delivered effectively and aligned with performance outcomes. • Ensure process and system accuracy by partnering with HR Technology to configure, test, and optimize Workday compensation and performance modules. • Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the global performance management cycle. • Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and insights that clarify the relationship between performance results and compensation decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the delivery of global compensation and performance management initiatives across multiple regions. • Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, specifically the Workday compensation and performance modules. • Proven ability in advanced analytical skills, including expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
