📋 Description

• Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows • Integrate operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models • Design and implement frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation • Provide granular P&L transparency across regions and channels • Perform diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems • Ensure robust revenue recognition and establish secure approval frameworks • Streamline and optimize the timeline from initial asset receipt to final cash collection • Translate complex financial requirements into practical operational solutions • Act as a link between executive leadership and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle • Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools • Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) • Experience navigating complex multi-entity environments • Experience designing data models for margin analysis • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence executive leadership and bridge the gap between technical and operational teams • Must be based in Colombia or Mexico
