📋 Description

• Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows • Integrate global operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models • Design and implement global frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation • Provide granular P&L transparency across regions and channels • Perform structured diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems • Ensure robust revenue recognition • Establish approval frameworks • Optimize the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection • Harmonize the global financial architecture during a period of business growth • Provide executive leadership with visibility to drive margin transparency and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools • Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions • Experience navigating complex multi-entity environments • Experience designing data models for margin analysis • Exceptional stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence executive leadership • Ability to translate complex financial requirements for technical and operational teams
