📋 Description

• Manage the integrity, accuracy, and security of payroll data across global operations • Design and implement payroll data management processes covering data collection, integration, storage, and audit processes • Develop and support global payroll data management standards, data quality standards, data sharing protocols, and analysis protocols • Manage customer escalations and resolve service issues with internal stakeholders and external vendors • Develop processes, tools, and training to improve local teams’ data hygiene practices • Evaluate change requests for impacts to payroll integrations • Analyze operational performance data and generate insights for process improvements • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external payroll vendors to align global payroll processes and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payroll service delivery or a related role with global exposure • Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations • Knowledge of compliance requirements for data handling and payroll data structures • Proficiency in payroll systems and integrations including Workday, Strada, ADP, and Oracle • Ability to lead data change projects and drive performance improvements in an outsourced environment • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion • Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills in a multicultural, remote working environment • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
