📋 Description

• Drive the implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to ensure all tactical goals and deadlines are met. • Facilitate cross-functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. • Prepare performance decks and lead discussions regarding program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights. • Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance. • Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create specific Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal management systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in account management and/or client services. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to create and manage detailed project plans. • Proven ability in problem-solving and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-standard certification. • Travel: 15%.
