📋 Description

• Lead Global Technical Strategy: Drive the development and operational performance of the Global Center of Excellence. • Collaborate Across Global Functions: Partner with Regional Professional Services Directors, Global Engineering, and Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance: Define and continuously improve global best practice standards for technical configuration and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• A successful track record of leadership and managing multi-faceted technical service delivery teams within a global, complex, matrixed organization. • Deep Technical Expertise in Content and Information Management technologies, such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Modeling (BPM). • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). • Proven Stakeholder Management Skills with the ability to establish rapport and influence senior technical leaders. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • Flexibility to work across various time zones; travel as required.
