• Initial point of contact for future policyholders. • Quoting new business prospects for personal lines and small commercial lines policies. • Supporting Ironside Insurance Group’s goal to provide clients with appropriate levels of protection through affordable insurance products. • Manage incoming leads and make outbound calls & e-mails to prospective clients. • Advise and educate clients on coverage, options, and features. • Maintain accurate information for risk assessment and premium calculation. • Track leads and progress throughout the quoting process and maintain appropriate follow-up. • Cross-sell additional lines of business and obtain referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in business-related field or minimum 2-year equivalent training/work experience. • Experience with major carriers in the New England area (preferably Massachusetts) and the MA Registry of Motor Vehicles. • Prior sales experience is a must. • Prior personal lines (auto & home) in-agency insurance experience with basic knowledge of coverage, industry principles and products. • Comfortable with identifying opportunities, asking for and closing the sale of additional insurance products & services. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Active P&C Insurance license • Ability to prioritize, review, record and organize data from various sources.
