• Oversee service operations for industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia and CO₂ applications). • Ensure excellent maintenance, repair, and emergency service performance while maintaining safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. • Provide hands-on leadership for service managers and technicians in their region. • Execute regional service plans aligned with corporate strategy and goals. • Lead, mentor, and develop service managers, technicians, and support staff. • Collaborate with executive leadership and peer directors to improve service quality and customer retention. • Oversee daily operations for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response. • Ensure compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and IIAR/OSHA regulations. • Monitor scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to improve efficiency. • Track and report on key performance indicators (response time, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration or HVAC service operations. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing field service teams or multi-site operations. • Strong working knowledge of ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems. • Proficiency with service management software, ERP systems, and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region.
