📋 Description

• Lead live, in-person, and virtual onboarding and product training sessions for customers, partners, and resellers across APAC • Deliver practical training tailored to end users, administrators, partners, and resellers • Support customers throughout their learning journey to drive product confidence, adoption, and successful outcomes • Develop training materials and self-serve resources including user guides, videos, e-learning modules, and quick-reference guides • Tailor learning materials to different audiences, roles, and levels of product knowledge • Adapt training content and delivery to cultural, regional, and language differences across APAC markets • Develop training plans and deliver content for new features, product releases, and go-live dates • Track and report training effectiveness using certification completion, customer feedback, support ticket trends, and product adoption metrics • Maintain and update courses in the learning management system • Train Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams on product updates and best practices • Identify training challenges, knowledge gaps, and content needs, and share feedback with Product and Enablement teams • Develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs and certify partner and reseller trainers where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, enablement, customer education, instructional design, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company • Experience designing and delivering live and virtual training and self-paced e-learning content • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Comfortable working across APAC time zones, cultures, and diverse customer environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Loom • Additional language proficiency relevant to APAC markets is a nice-to-have • Experience delivering training for technical or workflow-based SaaS products is a nice-to-have • Experience working with partners or resellers in a train-the-trainer capacity is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with land management, stakeholder engagement, right-of-way, or utility industry software and workflows is a nice-to-have
