• Support end-to-end development of FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q reports for the First Bank entity. • Understand data and business requirements for each schedule and ensure accurate mapping from source systems. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks across Finance, Risk, and Regulatory datasets. • Collaborate with clients to define business rules, aggregation logic, and control checks. • Document data lineage, business rules, and process flows for transparency and audit readiness. • Contribute to process automation and report generation frameworks to meet production timelines. • Ensure deliverables align with target go-live by January/February 2026.
• 4–8 years of experience in regulatory or financial reporting within the banking/financial services domain. • Strong understanding of FR Y-14M / 14Q reporting requirements and data elements. • Familiarity with banking products (loans, deposits, credit cards, etc.) and related financial datasets. • Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and validation using tools such as SQL. • Good understanding of finance data systems, metadata, and data flow processes within large banks. • Exposure to Basel, CCAR, or other regulatory frameworks is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
