📋 Description
• Review investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Ensure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submission. • Partner with Investigators and Record Searchers to clarify requirements and resolve deficiencies. • Provide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirements. • Identify recurring trends, errors, omissions, and quality concerns. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to develop educational and corrective action initiatives. • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall program quality. • Maintain established quality, timeliness, and production standards. • Assist management with quality reporting and trend analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• Security Clearance: Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT • DHS experience highly desired
