📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within the Workbrain system • Develop and implement enhancements to the Workbrain application • Collaborate with business analysts and various departments to understand and translate client requirements • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Workbrain applications • Create and maintain documentation for developed features and solutions • Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables • Provide training and support on Workbrain functionalities to teams and users • Deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3-5 years of experience with Workbrain development and configuration • Understanding of workforce management principles and processes • Familiarity with programming languages and tools relevant to Workbrain • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills
