📋 Description

Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. • As a Project Manager, you play a central role in the further development of our business applications. In this role, you will lead and manage end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of innovative, value-driven solutions. • You will work closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to drive digitalization and process efficiency through technology. • Experience exciting adventures with us in our software development projects. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, etc.), from requirements gathering to delivery • Your professional background includes experience in a consultancy or external provider setting • You are an open, customer- and solution-oriented personality with a getting-things-done attitude, excellent at communicating with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels • A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Insights) is highly desirable • Native level of German and very good level of English (minimum C1 level)
