• Provide online, technical guidance and support to local staff in implementing WASH infrastructure. • Help troubleshoot technical and engineering issues and consult on WASH-related local procurement. • Participate in a weekly status meeting with the local partner’s staff.
• Professional water and sanitation -related background (Water/environmental practical engineer, water treatment experience water/environmental sciences/ chemical engineer, bio-chemist, public health, etc.) - is a MUST • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience working in humanitarian aid – advantage. • Experience working in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) context – advantage. • Politically and culturally sensitive with qualities of patience.
