📋 Description

• Manage a maintenance team across five operational sites • Oversee safe maintenance, inspections, and intrusive maintenance of rotating equipment • Visit the work site regularly to monitor progress and deviations and provide assistance • Deliver maintenance and inspection activities according to the current business plan • Support safe equipment shutdowns for intrusive maintenance • Provide line management for mechanical, instrument, and condition monitoring engineers • Manage plant availability losses and implement remedial actions • Prepare and manage maintenance OPEX budgets with financial controllers • Encourage and support engineers and technicians in safety awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing maintenance teams across multiple operational sites • Experience with rotating equipment, mainly manufactured by GE, Siemens, and Solar • Knowledge of safe maintenance, inspections, and intrusive maintenance of rotating equipment • Experience with mechanical, instrument, and condition monitoring engineering disciplines • Ability to manage plant availability losses and provide remedial actions • Experience preparing and managing maintenance (OPEX) budgets • Safety awareness in engineering and technician teams • Availability to start ASAP • Willingness to work in the Algerian Desert • Ability to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week on a 28 days ON / 28 days OFF rotation
