📋 Description

• Conduct structured interviews with candidates applying for client roles • Accurately complete detailed interview forms, ensuring every field is captured correctly to support downstream hiring decisions • Build genuine rapport and connect naturally with candidates throughout the process • Manage the full interview process professionally, from initial contact to handoff • Communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based candidates • Maintain strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail across all documentation

🎯 Requirements

• ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) experience is a plus, but not essential • Previous interviewing, recruitment, or candidate-facing experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent, natural English with confidence communicating with U.S.-based candidates • Strong attention to detail and accurate, consistent documentation • Highly organised, thorough, and reliable • Professional and able to manage the full interview process independently • Basic computer skills • Comfortable navigating MS Office and Outlook • Mandatory fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds • Wired Ethernet capability • Reliable power backup for load shedding or outages • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST • Must work on South African and U.S. public holidays
