📋 Description

• Monitoring and responding promptly to new candidate applications on Indeed • Conducting screening and placement interviews for specific ABA therapy client cases • Filling new cases within 24–48 hours of receipt • Sending onboarding documentation to successful candidates and following up to ensure timely return • Coordinating background checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met • Handing completed cases off to the onshore staffing department with all relevant information • Proactively sourcing fresh candidates on LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems including ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams • Communicating professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the full recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in **ABA Therapy** (Applied Behavioural Analysis) - **non-negotiable** • **Excellent verbal and written English** communication skills, with a warm and professional phone manner • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail — **able to manage multiple open cases simultaneously** • The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a **high-urgency, fast-paced environment** • A patient, pleasant, people-focused personality that builds rapport with candidates easily • Comfortable with basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook • **Self-driven and proactive** — able to manage your own workload and meet tight turnaround times without constant oversight • **Strong head hunter mindset** • **Advantageous:** • Background or exposure to **ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field** • Previous experience using **ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS** or project management tools • Familiarity with sourcing candidates on **LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms**
