📋 Description

• Submit and process billing claims for Medicaid and private insurance providers. • Bill therapy session hours accurately through the **Waystar** clearinghouse. • Investigate and resolve denied claims by identifying the reason for denial. • Contact insurance companies to obtain claim information and resolve billing issues. • Correct and resubmit denied claims in a timely manner. • Assist with provider and company credentialing with insurance companies. • Ensure clinicians remain credentialed with the appropriate insurance providers. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with billing procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in **US medical billing**, specifically submitting or processing claims to US insurance providers. • Experience using **Waystar** or **CentralReach** (experience with both is highly advantageous). • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with insurance companies. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook. • *If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.*
