📋 Description

• Coordinate 5–10 multifamily renovation and light commercial projects from start to close-out • Brief Superintendents before site visits on what to inspect and verify • Follow up on Superintendents' field reports • Communicate daily with subcontractors, crew leads and suppliers to keep work on schedule • Coordinate material orders and track deliveries to avoid delays • Track project budgets and process change orders • Flag cost or schedule risks early and propose possible solutions • Keep project records up to date in ClickUp on the same day • Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience coordinating or administering construction, renovation or contracting projects • Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers or vendors • Experience with project costs, such as budgets, quotes, purchase orders or change orders • Ability to juggle many projects and deadlines at once and stay calm under pressure • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfort with project management software • Habit of following through and closing loops without being chased • Residential or multifamily renovation experience (beneficial) • ClickUp, Procore, Buildertrend or CompanyCam experience (beneficial) • Procurement experience in a construction environment (beneficial) • Experience working with US or international clients (beneficial) • Fixed fibre line with minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download • Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection • Reliable power backup solution • Must be based in South Africa
